Engr. Audy R. Quebral, DPA

A renowned leader who has guided CSU Carig's College of Engineering and Architecture to the pinnacle with numerous topnotchers in engineering board exams. Prior to becoming the University Dean, he served as a dedicated faculty member. His vision now is to transform the Aparri Campus into a leading R&D hub in Northern Cagayan, spearheading initiatives and fostering collaborations with regional and national institutions and agencies.
